Caitlin Hatzenbuhler is an integrative nutrition health coach and pilates instructor, based in Livermore, California. She specializes in working with moms to help them become strong and healthy so they can do life with more ease, joy and vibrancy. 

Caitlin has created the three day "Mommy Needs A Minute" Retreat for moms just like her.  Because she know first-hand what happens when you give to everyone else at the sacrifice of yourself and you just need a minute for some self-care.
